Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy sets out the rules governing cancellation of service bookings and refund eligibility for payments made through or outside customerscaresupport.com. By booking any Gas Stove or Home Appliance repair service through our website or authorized payment channels, you agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Payments Made Through Our Website at the Time of Booking

1.1 Cancellation Guidelines

Cancellation more than 4 hours before the scheduled service time: Eligible for 100% refund. Cancellation within 4 hours of the scheduled service time: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded. Cancellation after the technician has started traveling or reached the service location: No refund shall be issued.

1.2 Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 working days, subject to bank or payment gateway processing timelines.

2. Payments Made Through Our Website After Service Completion

2.1 Cancellation Policy

Bookings may be cancelled only before the commencement of service. Once the technician has started the work or the service has been completed, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2.2 Service Disputes

In case of service-related concerns, the Company may, after internal review:

Offer a re-visit by the same or another technician, or Provide a partial refund at its sole discretion, depending on the findings and supporting evidence. The Company’s decision shall be final and binding.

3. Payments Made Outside Official Payment Channels

4. Advance or Partial Payments Made Through Website

4.1 Cancellation Before Service Begins

More than 4 hours before service time: Full refund of the advance amount. Within 4 hours of service time: 50% of the advance amount refundable. After service has started: Refund eligibility will depend on internal assessment.

4.2 Cancellation During Ongoing Service

If a service is stopped midway:

Refund may be calculated proportionately based on the work completed. Cost of materials, spare parts, or consumables used will be deducted. Refund processing may take 5–7 working days after review.

5. Advance or Partial Payments Made Outside Website

The Company does not assume liability for advance or partial payments made directly to technicians outside official payment systems. Such transactions are entirely at the Customer’s risk and are not covered under this Policy.

In case of duplicate transactions or billing errors, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

7.3 Processing Time

Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days. The Company shall not be held responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

7.4 Complaint Reporting

Any dispute must be reported within 24 hours of the scheduled service time by contacting our support team.

8. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising under this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi.
